Despite the claim that Education is free in Ireland, it is far from the truth. The cost of a primary school education starts before your child even sets foot in the school. Below is an outline of what you can expect to pay up front before your child gets into fourth class in Primary School.
Your child’s first days at school are a big milestone, but also herald the first of many years of (worthwhile) expense. Unfortunately, as your child heads toward Secondary School, the expenses grow accordingly.
