Gemma and her team were a godsend! A few short years ago, as my wife and I approached retirement, we desperately needed advice regarding our pensions and savings plans (AVCs, etc.). My wife had heard about Gemma in her School and gave her a call. Gemma visited us at home and discussed our circumstances and preferences in depth. She also provided us with sound, objective advice as to our options.
Within a few days this was followed up with detailed documentation and related information. She explained everything in detail and then left it up to us to decide, though she was always available to answer queries and check out further options. We settled on what we feel are good savings and investment plans. Gemma and her team send us regular updates and still visits once or twice a year.
